Colour – creating gradients

These diagrams show you how to create the Edwards gradient colours and are simple to implement across most software packages. The gradients are part of our visual language and add depth and interest to our designs.

All gradients are created using the lighter tone at the bottom left corner, intensifying to a darker tone at the top right.

Radiating Red

Edwards Radiating Red is made up of Red bright and Red dark. These are only ingredient colours for the Radiating Red. NEVER use them for anything other than creating Radiating Red.

Metallics

The Silver, Aluminium and Mercury gradients use tints of the Dark Grey colour only.
