Behaviour blueprints

Our behaviour blueprints are for use when communicating about the way we operate. They reflect the qualities of our people, describing the way we engage with our customers, underlining the spirit that makes us different from our competitors.


Application

The blueprints should reinforce the overarching communication message. Supporting headlines should be used where appropriate, to strengthen the association between the blueprint and the intent behind it (i.e. Innovative, Collaborative, Trusted and Expert).

The blueprints are most powerful when used individually and should not be used in conjunction with product illustrations.
